Job summary

Weikeng Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate shipments, handle order inquiries, and maintain data accuracy. You will generate purchase orders, manage inventory levels, and prepare sales and inventory reports for suppliers and customers.

On-the-job training is provided and a 5-day work week is expected. The role requires proficiency in MS Office applications and immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least ‘N’, ‘O’ level, ITE or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
• On the job training will be provided.
• 5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and/or customers on shipment instructions and documentation requirements.
• Perform daily data entry of the system.
• Respond to inquiries on order status, changes or cancellation of the orders.
• Manage and maintain backlog to ensure all the data and information are updated.
• Review and generate purchase orders with full details and communicate with the supplier and preparation of shipping documents to ensure the item deliver on time.
• Manage and maintain proper inventory levels, initiate and keep track of orders.
• Attend to email enquiry from suppliers/customers.
• Preparing sales and inventory report for supplier/customers.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
