Job description

SALT is hiring Vendor Management Lead for a leading technology client for 7 months & renewable contract assignment. The ideal candidate would be a deeply strategic thinker who can drive results, has strong communication skills, customer first, and is able to move fast while keeping focused on multiple high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Vendor Enablement function in the region and be accountable for managing the partnership with our regional vendors with a focus on driving vendor accountability, running the rhythm of business, and managing issues and escalations from the vendor.
  • Uplevel existing vendor relationships to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
  • Promote process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites.
  • Execute performance scorecards to drive continuous improvements and ensure vendor decisions/strategy aligns with the organization’s objectives.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for vendors ensuring a seamless transition and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Collect, share, and own Tools functionalities and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to process and tools in the Region.

Qualification:

  • 6+ years of experience managing senior level relationships with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors.
  • Experience communicating and presenting insights and recommendations to executive teams.
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and aligning partners to shared goals.
  • Experience managing internal and external facing projects (sales development/strategy, training, communications, marketing, account management).
  • Operational and project management experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
