A leading vending technology company in Bukit Batok, Singapore is seeking a proactive Technician for hardware and software support. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vending machines, perform maintenance, and ensure operational setup of new machines. Experience in troubleshooting is preferred, along with good communication skills and a positive attitude toward new technologies. This is a full-time position with competitive salaries based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hardware/software troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Able to work independently and solve problems under pressure.
  • Physically fit to move small equipment or machine parts.

Technician (Hardware & Software Support)

Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technician to join our operations team in Bukit Batok. This role requires a hands-on individual with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve both hardware and software issues related to vending machines and related systems.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vending machine hardware and software issues
  • Perform regular maintenance and preventive checks on machines
  • Install new machines and ensure full operational setup
  • Respond promptly to technical breakdowns or service requests
  • Assist with software configuration and updates (e.g., payment systems, UI)
  • Maintain records of work done, parts used, and issue tracking
  • Liaise with the operations and warehouse team to ensure smooth deployment
  • Learn new tools/systems as technology evolves
Requirements
  • Prior experience in hardware/software troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Able to work independently and solve problems under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude toward new systems and technologies
  • Physically fit to move small equipment or machine parts
  • Class 3 driving license (advantageous but not compulsory)
