Job summary

SINGAPORE AERO SUPPORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an automotive technician to perform preventive maintenance on vehicles, provide on-site recovery, and carry out touch-ups as needed.

You will inspect air conditioning and cameras, handle corrective maintenance including outside hours, check tyres and safety equipment, and perform daily housekeeping while adhering to service schedules.

Qualifications

• NiTEC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent with at least 1 year in automotive industry.
• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering without relevant experience welcomed.
• Singapore Class3/4/5 driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance on all vehicles per servicing task sheet.
• Standby and provide on-site recovery of unserviceable vehicles.
• Carry out minor spray-painting and touch up as required.
• Inspect air conditioning system and in-vehicle camera for serviceability.
• Perform corrective maintenance arising from vehicle failure or breakdown, including outside operating hours.
• Check on-site tyre condition, expired or damaged fire extinguishers, batteries and other requirements.
• Perform daily housekeeping.
• Any other tasks assigned by superiors.
