Job summary
SINGAPORE AERO SUPPORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an automotive technician to perform maintenance and repair on aircraft support equipment including hydraulic and electrical systems.
You will carry out preventive maintenance per approved documents, accurately complete job cards, and ensure equipment is serviceable before release. Candidates with Nitec/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience are welcome; LTA licenses give added advantage.
Qualifications
- Nitec/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent is required.
- ITE/Diploma in Mechanical is acceptable with relevant experience.
- LTA Class 3/4/5 license will have added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair of hydraulic and electrical system for Aircraft Tow Tractors, GPU (Ground Power Unit), ACU (Air Conditioning Unit), ASU (Air Starter Unit), etc.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out properly in accordance with approved documents.
- Ensure proper and accurate details filled up and signed off on job card and task sheets upon completion of work.
- Ensure equipment is in working/serviceable condition before releasing to user.
- Perform modification on electrical wiring as necessary with approved documents or data as per OEM recommendation.
