Job summary

EUROKARS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Motor Insurance Claims Advisor/Officer to manage claims from start to finish, coordinating repairs and documentation with insurers and internal teams.

You will ensure responsive customer service, collect required documents, assist with e-filing, liaise on liability, and finalize claim values with estimators, while keeping customers updated.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O’ Level or Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Certificate in Motor Vehicle or equivalent.
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Meticulous, committed and a strong team player.
• Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer service needs and advise on repair scope, cost, and duration.
• Collect necessary documentation and approvals before and after repairs.
• Assist with insurance claims, including accident e-filing and guiding customers on procedures.
• Liaise with insurers on liability decisions, follow up, and escalation when needed.
• Assess damage with Estimators, finalise claim values, and prepare documents for submission.
• Create repair orders and coordinate with workshop supervisors on timelines.
• Secure customers’ belongings and ensure proper handover upon vehicle return.
• Coordinate with parts team to reserve or order required parts.
• Keep customers updated on claims and repair progress.
• Conduct final checks before delivery and walk through completed work with the customer.
