  • Surveiller la facturation pour les packages de maintenance des véhicules.
  • Générer et analyser des rapports opérationnels et de performance.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all matters related to vehicle inspections and road tax for both taxis and private-hire vehicles.

  • Handle vehicle registration, sales transactions, and disposal processes.

  • Oversee billing for taxi and private-hire vehicle maintenance packages.

  • Ensure compliance with PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements.

  • Support annual budget planning and monitor expenditures.

  • Assist with taxi lifespan extension processes and related documentation.

  • Conduct first-level verification and approval of vehicle downtime requests.

  • Respond to hirer queries related to vehicles and downtime matters.

  • Provide guidance and operational support to team members.

  • Generate and analyze operational and performance reports.

  • Cover team members’ duties in their absence to ensure workflow continuity.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the department.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is an added advantage.
