Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Relief Van Sales Driver to join our field team in Singapore.

The role involves visiting assigned retail outlets, selling FMCG products according to a fixed route, handling orders and payments when needed, and maintaining strong customer relationships to promote products. You will also manage shelf share and promotions, handle stock loading/unloading, and perform basic van maintenance.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Previous van sales experience in FMCG is an added advantage.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets to sell products as per route schedule.
• Process customer orders, collect payments if required, and complete paperwork.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand needs and promote products.
• Ensure execution in outlets, including share of shelf and promotion compliance.
• Manage returns with proper documentation and processing.
• Maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Handle loading/unloading of stocks and basic van maintenance checks.
• Maintain a valid driver license and good driving record.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

Job description

Relief Van Sales Driver

Working Days: 5.5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Working Location: Pandan Loop (Clementi)
Salary: $2300 - $2400

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets to sell products as per route schedule.
• Process customer orders accurately, collect payments (if required), and complete required paperwork.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote products effectively. Ensure execution in outlets, including share of shelf and promotion compliance.
• Manage returns from customers, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Prepare, load and unload stocks to & from the truck efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all products are handled with care. Check stock levels and accuracy where necessary.
• Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, gas and oil levels, ensuring it is in good working condition and reporting any issues promptly.
• Maintain a valid driver license and good driver record.
• Loading and unloading of goods when needed
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

Requirements:
