Job summary

NEWAY VALVE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Technical Support Engineer / Product Trainer in Singapore to bridge technical product expertise with our sales force.

You will train our sales staff and provide critical pre- and post-sales support for valve projects, bids, and tenders. Responsibilities include delivering training sessions, supporting tender reviews, guiding post-PO execution, and leading client discussions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in valve industry or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of valves, materials, and drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product and technical training sessions.
• Support tender and bidding with technical clarifications and GAD where applicable.
• Assist post-PO technical execution and clarify specifications with clients.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations with clients.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and HQ on technical initiatives and reporting.
