Job summary

GSK in Singapore is recruiting for Production Management Trainees across Value Streams 1, 2 and 3. The role involves supervising and monitoring manufacturing operations to ensure reliable production within cGMP, quality and safety frameworks.

The programme offers on-the-job training with a focus on continuous improvement, Lean Sigma concepts, and leadership development, based at manufacturing sites near Jurong, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Supervise, execute and monitor activities within the value stream to ensure reliable and optimal operation of processes, equipment, utility and facility.
• Identify and implement improvements to plant facilities, processes, methods of operations and turnaround.
• Lead or support quality or safety related investigation using problem-solving tools to determine root causes and implement CAPA.
• Conduct audits and investigations, participate in audit preparation and complete actions to ensure GMP and safety compliance.
• Prepare documents related to manufacturing, plant turnaround, LOI, SOP and training manual to support operations, scheduling and material assignment, adhering to Data Integrity and ALCOA.
• Support Manufacturing Manager in new product introductions or plant trials and prepare necessary documents within timeline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities within value streams to achieve target production levels under cGMP and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment problems to minimize safety and quality risk and improve efficiency.
• Lead or support investigations and CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare LOIs, SOPs and training materials with updated documentation.
• Assist in plant trials and new product introduction documentation.
