Benefits:

• Basic salary up to $2800 - $3200 + Allowance
• 5 Days, 9am to 6:30pm (hybrid mode – 70% site; 30% office)
• West region

Job Scope:

• Carry out property valuations for various types in Singapore, including HDB and condos.
• Visit and inspect properties to assess their market value.
• Assist in new clients and business opportunities.
• Liaise to clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Prepare and submit valuation reports on time.
• Provide valuation, research, and advisory services to government bodies, banks, law firms, agencies, and property developers.

Job Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Possession of a valid Appraiser License is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
