We are seeking a Valuation Officer to join our Valuation & Advisory team, The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Undertake valuation assignment of properties in Singapore which includes HDB, private residential, commercial and industrial.
• Carry out site inspections, compile & analyze data, and prepare valuation reports.
• Ensure timely completion of all valuation assignments
• Assist with property tax advisory portfolios for corporate clients

Requirements

• Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent discipline
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Team player and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
