Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline Singapore invites bright engineering students for an immersion internship in vaccines manufacturing. You’ll contribute to live projects, learn from experts, and gain hands-on experience across utilities and HVAC operations while evolving technical and soft skills.

The role emphasizes SAP master data activities, quality trend reviews, SOP assessment, and facility improvements. Enrollment at a Singapore university for the full period is required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time at a SG university for the duration of the internship.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering suitable for the internship.
• Written and spoken fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for the utility team in vaccine facility.
• Support utilities (clean utilities & black utilities) and HVAC team in routine operation, maintenance and continuous improvements.
• Be involved in quality trend review and drafting reports for quality review board.
• Be involved in review of SOPs and safety workplace risk assessments.
• Support the asset care program to ensure reliability and maintenance.
• Assist with facility improvement plans implementation.
• Support SAP Master data and spare parts management.
• Optimize maintenance and calibration plans in SAP System.
• May perform other activities as assigned by N+1.
