About the Role

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to focus on our service platforms. The candidate will create intuitive, engaging user experiences aligned with our design system and group guidelines, combining UI design, UX thinking, market research, and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design user interfaces that follow our design system and enhance user experience.
2. Maintain consistency across platforms according to group guidelines.
3. Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
4. Develop customer and agent-centric user flows.
5. Write clear, simple copy for ease of understanding and use.
6. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
7. Perform market research and user interviews to inform designs.
8. Analyze user behavior to identify pain points and opportunities.
9. Manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate with teams and vendors.
10. Present, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet user and business needs.
11. Understand how our service platforms fit into the customer journey ecosystem.
12. Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices.

Job Requirements
