🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy development by researching user needs and business goals.
• Translate insights into actionable design principles, product roadmaps, and measurable success metrics.
• Guide UX designers and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experience delivery.
• Facilitate design workshops and sprints to align stakeholders on vision and outcomes.
• Track UX KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data-informed design changes.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in UX and product strategy.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related discipline.
• 3–10 years’ experience in UX strategy, product design, or user research.
• Strong understanding of design thinking, information architecture, and product development lifecycle.
• Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating system-level design thinking and measurable impact.

📈 Preferred Experience

• Experience leading UX vision or design systems for enterprise or government projects.
• Track record in defining data-informed UX frameworks and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Candidates with extensive strategic UX experience may be considered for Senior UX Strategist.
