In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and business experts to create intuitive, visually engaging interfaces that provide delightful user experiences across digital and physical platforms. Rather than focusing on commercial projects, your work will directly contribute to societal improvements through government-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct user research using various methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, ethnographic studies)
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations
  • Present research findings and recommendations to peers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify research opportunities and influence product decisions
  • Develop research plans and protocols that align with project goals and timelines
  • Create and maintain research artifacts (e.g., personas, journey maps, research repositories)

Qualifications:

  • 4 or more years of UX Research experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with industry standard research and analysis tools
  • Experience conducting research for large-scale digital products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end research projects and their impact on product decisions

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
