Job summary

HerdHR is seeking a UX Designer in Singapore to translate product needs into meaningful UX improvements. You will conduct user research, collaborate with the Dev team, and create wireframes, prototypes, and assets for iOS, Android, and Web.

The role requires at least 2 years in UX design, understanding of UI principles, and strong English communication. A curiosity for innovation and strong portfolio are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UX design experience.
• Strong understanding of UI and interaction design principles and architecture.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge of Sketch adds value.

Responsibilities

• Understand product needs and constraints to make UX recommendations.
• Conduct research to identify customer pain points to enhance UX.
• Collaborate with development to solve UX issues and improve UX.
• Prepare design documents, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Apply user-centric design and contribute to brainstorming for innovative solutions.
• Create assets adhering to design guidelines for iOS, Android, and Web.
• Stay updated on UX frameworks and trends and apply them where useful.
