Job summary

PhillipCapital is inviting undergraduates to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Technology and Product Management within FinTech. You will explore user needs, design processes and work with Product, UX and Development teams to shape digital products.

You’ll develop wireframes and prototypes, apply design thinking, and stay updated on industry trends, while receiving mentorship from senior professionals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with UX/UI through internships, school or personal projects preferred
• Interest in FinTech and digital product design
• Curious and proactive with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Think like a customer and understand their needs and behaviours
• Evaluates user requirements in collaboration with Product Team & Stakeholder
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Design for web with mobile first mindset and able to implement attractive designs
• Collaborate with Product, stakeholders and development teams from requirements to implementation
• Keep abreast of UX and industry trends
