Join our Design Innovation & UX (DI & UX) team to shape the future of national defense and security. We’re looking for a strategic and creative UX Architect to lead design vision, guide product direction, and collaborate with UX Designers to deliver seamless, user-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to understand user needs and trends

• Define product vision, roadmap, and design principles

• Translate strategy into actionable UX tasks and manage design sprints

• Track design performance using KPIs and analytics to drive improvements
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HCI, Human Factors, Multimedia Design, Cognitive Systems Engineering, or related fields

• Experience in UX design, product design, or product management

• Hands-on experience working with Big Data platforms and technologies

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its cloud services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics)

• Proficient in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and jQuery

• Strong UX portfolio demonstrating user-centered design

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience in Agile development environments preferred
