Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking a QA Inspector (UV Inspection & Packaging) to clean, inspect, and pack precision parts per customer specs. You will perform UV and visual inspections in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring traceability and adherence to ESD and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities include recording results, reporting non-conformances promptly, and maintaining proper packing and labeling. A secondary education background with QA/QC or cleanroom exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Secondary education required; QA/QC or cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Experience handling precision or contamination-sensitive parts is an advantage.
• Able to follow customer specifications and work instructions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect parts per customer specifications and approved work instructions.
• Perform visual and UV inspections to identify particles, contamination, stains, or scratches.
• Pack parts according to approved packing methods, ensuring correct labels and quantities.
• Record inspection and packing results for traceability and prompt reporting of issues.
