Job summary

NTS Components Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to support quality assurance activities in a clean room environment, perform in-process and outgoing inspections, and conduct functional tests per customer drawings.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ relevant experience, understands engineering drawings and electrical schematics, handles QC measuring instruments, and maintains accurate quality records.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 year of relevant working experience.
• Able to interpret engineering drawing and electrical schematic drawings.
• Experience working with electrical/electronic products.
• Handling of common QC measuring instruments / equipment.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA /QC Technician in all QA / QC activities
• Conduct in process and outgoing assembly inspection in clean room
• Perform functional test as specified in customer drawing
• Identify and segregate non-conforming parts prior to reporting to supervisor
• Maintain all inspection and quality records
• Record and update accurate data in system
• Issue NCMR in system and communicate to production
• Assist in verifying customer rejections
• Responsible for 5S housekeeping
• Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated
