Utility Engineer (A1 Main Con, LTA MRT project) - YL

Our client is a leading A1 main contractor known for delivering large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Singapore. They’re now looking for a Utility Engineer to join them for their MRT project, in supporting their ongoing contribution to several of Singapore’s major infrastructure developments.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and execute all utility-related works on the LTA MRT infrastructure project, including diversion, protection, and reinstatement of utilities

• Coordinate with relevant utility agencies for utility diversion, shutdowns, and approval

• Supervise and monitor utility diversion works, site construction, installations & testing and commissioning activities

• Work closely with subcontractors, supervisors, and site engineers to manage daily operations.

• Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and permit applications.

• Ensure compliance with LTA specifications, utility agencies’ guidelines, and project safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Possess min 3 years of experience in utilities coordination and management
