Responsibilities

• Coordinate approvals, processes, and documentation for utilities and services to ensure compliance and project progress.
• Engage and liaise with utility agencies, authorities, and approved subcontractors to manage service relocation and installation effectively.
• Administer utility construction projects by developing detailed project scopes, timelines, specifications, and budgets to meet project goals.
• Support project groups and technicians by guiding utility processes, design considerations, and construction activities to enhance project execution.
• Monitor excavation work related to utilities to ensure safety standards are met, and utilities supply remains uninterrupted on site.
