Job summary

UNIGLORY CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee end‑to‑end delivery of underground utilities and civil projects in Singapore. You will link site operations, project management, clients and authorities to ensure proper planning, approval, execution and completion while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with PUB/LTA/SP Group, preparing TCPs and ROA, and supervising Trial Hole, milling, road reinstatement and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PEB Singapore)
• 5+ years of relevant construction/engineering experience
• Familiar with LTA, PUB, SP Group and Telco requirements and processes
• Hands‑on experience in ROA, TCP, Trial Hole and Milling & Patching

Responsibilities

• Obtain authority approvals and permits for cable, gas, NCE, telecom and related works
• Develop and monitor Master Schedule and Project Status Reports
• Prepare Traffic Control Plans and manage Road Opening Application process
• Oversee underground utility works, milling and road reinstatement activities
• Ensure site safety compliance and coordinate PTW, SIC, Safe 365, DAS and Weekend Work
• Coordinate site measurements, surveys and project documentation
• Manage project claims, supporting documents and submissions
