Job Title: Oracle CC&B (OUAF) CIS Specialist at Infosys

As an Oracle CC&B (OUAF) CIS specialist at Infosys, your main responsibility will be to actively assist the consulting team throughout various project phases. This includes tasks such as:

1. Defining problems
2. Estimating efforts
3. Diagnosing issues
4. Generating solutions
5. Designing and deploying solutions

Your role will involve researching and exploring alternative solutions, conducting literature surveys, analyzing public domain information, evaluating vendors, and developing proof of concepts (POCs). You will be responsible for translating business needs into requirement specifications, defining future processes, and creating detailed functional designs based on these requirements.

Additionally, you will configure solution requirements on products, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, seek clarifications, and propose solution alternatives. Your contributions will extend beyond project work to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to customers.
