Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote and sell products or services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads for the sales team.
Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote company products and/or services
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and needs analysis
- Gather and record accurate customer information to support the sales pipeline
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team with high-potential leads
- Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring quality conversations
- Use CRM software to track interactions, update customer records, and manage lead status
- Follow up with warm leads from marketing campaigns or previous contacts
- Build and maintain positive rapport with potential clients to encourage future business
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads efficiently
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
- Support administration such as quotations and paperwork
- Create, update and maintain reports;
- Answer phone calls, office hotlines, and emails;
- Perform any other reasonable tasks in accordance with instructions as may be requested by management.
Qualifications Requirements
- Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience
- Diploma holders are welcome - training will be provided
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and persuasion skills with confident phone presence
- Comfortable with high-volume phone calling
- Persuasive and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Renumeration
- Basic up to $3800 (depending on experience)

Normal Work Days
