Usher ($12 per hour/Casual Employment)

USHER

Position Summary

• The SCO Usher plays a crucial part in providing directions and crowd control for audiences at the SCH (Singapore Conference Hall). You will be working closely with the Usher IC for positive audience experiences at the SCH.

Responsibilities

• Work with Usher IC

• Upholds House Rules and safety policies

• Cultivate audience relationships through good customer service

• Facilitate smooth audience movements before, during and after concert

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken English. Proficiency in a second language is advantageous

• Able to commit to a minimum of 4 events per year

• Able to stand for 2 to 3 hours and climb stairs

• Comfortable with strobe lighting and loud volume

• Pleasant personality, service oriented with a positive, friendly attitude

Salary

• S$12 per hour (min. 4-hour pay per job)

Training

• Training will be provided to successful candidates prior to employment
