Job summary

Manus is seeking a User Operation Specialist to support day-to-day user needs of our AI product and grow into broader user operations. You will respond to inquiries, consolidate feedback, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to improve user experience, service processes, and product features.

Over time, you will help develop initiatives that engage and serve our user community, with a focus on clear communication and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or user operations.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Able to manage inquiries via email and direct messages.
• Familiar with AI or SaaS products is a plus.
• Basic data analysis and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily user inquiries via email, direct messages, and other channels.
• Categorize requests, respond promptly, and document outcomes.
• Follow up on user feedback and recurring issues for effective resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Product/Engineering and coordinate to resolution.
• Track user-reported bugs and experience issues to drive product improvements.
• Maintain records of user issues, risks, and resolution progress with regular reports.
• Contribute to broader user operations to improve engagement and product experience.
