Co-Development Business Unit is looking for UI/UX Designer

This is a 1-Year Contract role (plus possible extension depending on project needs).

What will you do?

• Apply your design expertise to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
• Work independently on design projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Understand user needs, design application flows, and craft detailed interfaces.
• Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points.
• Conduct user research and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and UI concepts.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual design language.
• Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Support the development of design pattern libraries.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles and UI best practices.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
• Commitment to user-centred design principles.
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical approach.
• Scrum certification is a plus.
