What the role is:

What you will be working on:

We are looking for a self-motivated user experience designer to join the Information Services Group that leads the research, design and development of enterprise-wide ICT solutions in HDB. You will be responsible in the research and design of the end-to-end user experience for HDB’s digital services, providing thought leadership and evangelism on design thinking and human-centric design. You will have the opportunity to work in cross-functional teams to implement design ideas into prototypes and products.

What we are looking for:

A strong background in Human Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field of studyMinimum 3 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer or relatedExperience in planning and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability test), analyse quantitative and qualitative data and communicate insightsGood understanding of UX design best practices and deep understanding of mobile-first and mobile responsive designsGood understanding of design systems and component librariesAbility to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfacesProficiency in industry-standard design tool e.g FigmaGood understanding of product development lifecycleStrong presentation and stakeholder management skillsStrong online portfolio of past works demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs including concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design systemsGood to Have:Great Attitude to bring the best out our teamTeam Player; we work together as a teamAbility to work effectively in a product team settingGood problem-solving aptitude and an analytical mind with a business acumenExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenTake ownershipSuccessful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract in the first instance.
