User Experience Design Lead Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

As the HIH User Experience Design Lead Analyst at Evernorth, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing interactive prototypes that accurately represent the functionality of our digital platforms. You will need to deeply understand the user journey and their interactions with various features to create cohesive end-to-end prototypes using Figma designs. Your responsibilities will include organizing and constructing interactive prototypes that mirror the production environment and can be used by sales teams to showcase features to clients.

As part of the Pharmacy+ User Experience team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional design solutions. Your goal will be to create seamless and impactful user experiences that exceed expectations and enhance both user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce polished, client-ready interactive demos for the sales team through third-party platforms
• Create high-fidelity prototypes efficiently using Figma to reflect digital web and app experiences
• Collaborate with other UX designers to ensure consistency and alignment across designs
• Incorporate user feedback to refine prototypes for usability and aesthetics
• Implement best practices in creating interactive Figma prototypes and organizing design assets

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of total experience with 5+ years in UX design and exposure to design systems
• Proficiency in Figma and other UI design tools
• Experience in designing and prototyping interactive demos
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of UI/UX best practices
• Demonstrated experience with design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with accessibility, responsive design, and atomic design
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey design processes effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
