Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Applovin, and others to drive downloads
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and ensure objectives are met
  • Develop concepts, storyboards, and directions for marketing creatives
  • Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling solutions for user acquisition
  • Plan and oversee the A/B testing of games/creatives to optimize performance and identify the most effective strategies for player engagement
  • Analyze campaign data to extract meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Research, strategize, and execute influencer marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
  • Prepare ASO content for app visibility and assist with ads monetization tasks


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other related fields
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience with campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Applovin)
  • Familiar with Mobile Measurement Partner (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust)
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good creative skills with the ability to develop compelling marketing assets
  • Highly motivated to explore and stay updated on AI tools and market trends
