Job description

We are looking for a US HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.

HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of Human Resources. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administer health and life insurance programs
  2. Implement training and development plans
  3. Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  4. Inform employees about additional benefits they are eligible for (e.g., extra vacation days)
  5. Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status
  6. Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  7. Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  8. Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  9. Monitor budgets by department
  10. Process employee queries and respond in a timely manner
  11. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Good knowledge about Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
