Job Description

Working in teams to acquire an in-depth understanding of our client's business;

  1. Carrying out the audit based on audit planning, prepare appropriate audit work papers;
  2. Understanding the relationships between objectives of the audit sections, the need for the sufficiency of audit evidence, and presentation of the conclusions

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  1. A recognised degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent
  2. At least 1 year external audit experience in a public accounting firm conducting audits and reviews under PCAOB auditing standards and US GAAS
  3. Experience working directly with SEC Registrants and having PCAOB inspection experience is advantageous.
  4. A strong knowledge of IFRS, PCAOB auditing standards, SOX 404b requirements and SEC rules;
  5. A good understanding of pertinent business and risk management issues and familiarity with the relevant regulatory and reporting standards
  6. Excellent communications skills, strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen
