Responsibilities
  • Reception Counter Management: Oversee mail/document handling, visitor/vendor coordination, mail posting, dispatch schedules, courier services, and mail franking.
  • Office Management: Monitor and restock office supplies, liaise with vendors for orders and payments, and handle invoice clearance.
  • Administrative: Updating of new joiners into the system, collecting clearance forms and any outboarding materials, maintain & update inventory, and assist in event coordination.
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs for office equipment; track contract expiry dates and manage renewals & extensions.
Requirements
