Ideal candidates will have a diploma in relevant fields and supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector.

• At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a must.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of warehouse employees
• Oversee and support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
• Maintain and organize inventory and storage spaces.
• Verify the accuracy of shipments and inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock takes, inventory cycle counts, and plan safety stock.
• Collaborate with the sales department and other teams to address daily operational issues.
• Partner with the supervisor to continuously assess and improve warehouse processes for better efficiency and productivity.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Keep the warehouse area and trucks clean and well-maintained.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in warehouse/ logistics operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a must
