Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team and manage inventory operations. The role involves establishing SOPs, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and coordinating daily warehouse activities. Candidates should have a diploma in Supply Chain and substantial experience in a GMP environment. Those possessing a forklift license and SAP experience will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in GMP/biopharma, 3 years in warehouse supervisory role.
• Knowledge of cGMP required.

Job description

• Lead a team of warehouse assistants

• Establish standard operating procedure for warehouse operation.

• Monitor and manage inventory control.

• Oversee the daily coordination/planning for inbound and outbound activities

• Lead and conduct investigation for any inventory discrepancies, violation of GMP and EHS procedure.

• Lead and plan for routine cycle counting activities

• Ensure all documentation is handled, filed properly and data are posted accurately in the SAP system.

• Ensure shipments are pack and stuff on time for delivery.

• Ensure that all tasks performed follow SOP and comply with GMP principles.

• Any other duties assigned by the Superior or Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or an equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in GMP / biopharma environment

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.

• Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).

• Possessing a valid forklift license and able to operate Reach Truck and VNA will be an advantage.

• Prior experience working with SAP and MES system is preferred
