Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of AEs/Technicians responsible for conducting test-related tasks for production server and rack products.

• Provide updates and training on work instructions to production staff, support NPI processes, and engage in ISO-related activities.

• Test and analyze failures in production products, collaborating with customers and factories to implement improvements.

• Ensure the execution of run-in and burn-in test procedures, support server configuration, and maintain communication with customers and factories.

• Participate in Kaizen activities, maintain the test program master list, and track updates, while also preparing work instructions.

Requirements

• Nitec or higher qualification in engineering with 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with customers, corporate headquarters, production facilities, colleagues, subordinates, and senior management.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

• Good team player and able to multi-task & work under pressure

• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and supervisors.
