Job summary

A leading logistics company based in Singapore seeks a stockroom professional with at least 3 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality. You will manage sample products, ensure compliance with guidelines, and maintain efficient operations within a clean and secure stockroom. Candidates must demonstrate strong organisational skills and readiness to start shortly.

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the care and protection of the sample products according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure the management of goods receipt, storage in line with company procedures and prepares the sample products to be delivered, based on the requests from Communications Department, optimizing the timing efficiency.
  • Ensure that the deliveries and returns are compliant with company guidelines and timelines.
  • Guarantee the correct protection and the correct packaging of the sample products inside the storage area and during delivery.
  • Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced.
  • Ensure prompt investigation in the event of system negatives.
  • Ensure the correct flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system.
  • Organize, manage and execute the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product respecting the company timing.
  • Ensure security and cleanliness of the stockroom.
  • Maintain contacts and relationships with the providers used.
  • Keep updates and organize the archive on a monthly basis.
  • Be responsible for implementing KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from Logistics Manager or from the Headquarters.

Requirement:

- Minimum N / O Levels

- At least 3 years' back-of-house or stockroom experience in luxury retail or hospitality industry

- Good organisation skills

- PC Literacy

- Able to start within short notice & commit for 6 months

- Willing to work in air-con office environment, office hours from 9am to 6pm / Mondays to Fridays
