Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff and workers, including updating attendance records and planning overtime in timesheets.
  • Handle various administrative duties such as petty cash claims, training schedules, and training requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external queries, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for special projects and events as needed.
  • Maintain and update administrative records and databases accurately.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.
  • On-the-job training will be provided

Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel to various locations
  • Proven experience as a Site Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
