URGENT- Ship Crewing Manager (Maritime/ Shipping Industry)

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and select qualified candidates for various positions onboard ships.

• Coordinate crew rotations and scheduling for assignments on vessels.

• Facilitate training programs and certifications for crew members.

• Maintain accurate records of crew qualifications, certifications, and contracts.

• Act as a liaison between crew members and management, addressing concerns and conflicts.

• Monitor crew performance, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.

• Prepare and manage budgets for crewing operations.

• Develop and implement contingency plans for crew emergencies.

• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.

• At least 4 - 5 years of crewing experience, with supervisory or managerial experience.
