Responsibilities
Source, recruit, and select qualified candidates for various positions onboard ships.
Coordinate crew rotations and scheduling for assignments on vessels.
Facilitate training programs and certifications for crew members.
Maintain accurate records of crew qualifications, certifications, and contracts.
Act as a liaison between crew members and management, addressing concerns and conflicts.
Monitor crew performance, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.
Prepare and manage budgets for crewing operations.
Develop and implement contingency plans for crew emergencies.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
At least 4 - 5 years of crewing experience, with supervisory or managerial experience.
