Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end sourcing strategies for all the open job positions, using various sources (recruiting website, referrals, on-site, etc.)

  • Screening, filtering, and shortlisting of candidates as well as managing interview schedules.

  • Source and interview candidates, presenting qualified ones to hiring managers.

  • Provide HR hiring advices to department heads to discuss on their hiring needs, market conditions, and align on expectations.

  • Ensure all candidate credentials and information is up-to-date in HR system.

  • Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities.

  • Ensure HR practices and candidate sourcing procedure are comply with local employment regulations and MOM rules.

  • Involve in local/ regional HR projects when needed.

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably with regional exposure or from MNC background

  • Prior experience handling recruitment for technology or IT positions will be ideal

  • Candidate with recruitment agency background, who is keen to move to corporate in-house recruitment position is welcomed to apply for this role.
