TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned IT infrastructure professional in Singapore East to own cloud operations and performance tuning. You will gather metrics from operating systems and apps to drive fault finding and optimization.

Collaborate with delivery teams to automate workflows, apply best practices, and design scalable platforms. Strong background in RedHat Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, and SDLC knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant IT field is required.
• 6–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure/cloud operations.
• Solid OS experience and container orchestration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems and applications for performance tuning and fault finding.
• Partner with teams to improve services via testing, workflows and best practices.
• Create sustainable systems through automation and uplift.
• Balance feature speed with reliability and define SLAs.
• Proactively identify problems and bottlenecks through automation and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely delivery aligned with requirements and operations.

• Partner with various teams to improve services through testing, workflow and best practice.

• Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through automation, adding of workflow etc.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, to delivery service and project on time and to requirement while focusing on operation work.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 6 – 8 years of work experience in IT infrastructure cloud operations or related environment
• Operating Systems (OS): RedHat Linux, Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu
• Container Orchestration & Runtime: Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring & Performance: Observability
• Understand SDLC and have some development knowledge
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning, knowledge in Broadcom WMware is a plus
