Responsibilities:

  • Support the Program Director in managing all work streams, sub-projects, and functions.

  • Work regionally and cross-functionally to drive the timely global rollout of the integrated SAP platform, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and related interfaces.

  • Develop and oversee integrated program plans, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in scope across all functional areas. This includes the master timeline, project charter, resource plan, budget, status reporting, and governance.

  • Ensure the necessary processes, structures, resources, and governance are in place to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Collaborate across functions to align technical solutions with business needs and enhance connectivity between business units, regions, functional areas, and IT systems.

  • Own the Program Management deliverables, including defining the optimal program structure, initiating program kick-off, building a high-performing team, facilitating workshops, and managing the program budget.

  • Lead key project meetings, present updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment across all parties.

  • Establish team agreements and ground rules at program inception, fostering collaboration and effective communication among teams and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate conflict resolution, remove barriers, and expedite stalled deliverables to maintain progress.

  • Engage stakeholders regularly for input, communicate emerging risks, and define mitigation strategies while ensuring transparent and timely reporting.

  • Advise and coach stakeholders, direct reports, team members, and other project managers to excel in their roles, ensuring clarity of program priorities.

  • Conduct post-implementation evaluations, present lessons learned to executive leadership, and share best practices for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline.

  • 8–10 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of ERP business transformation projects involving SAP and its surrounding platforms.

  • 6–8 years of Project Management/PMO experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives as an internal IT leader within an in-house IT function; regional experience is highly preferred.

  • Strong track record in implementing SAP for global or regional organizations; additional experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and MuleSoft is an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end processes in sales, manufacturing, and/or finance.

  • Industry experience in consumer electronics is preferred, though backgrounds in energy, automotive, or telecommunications are also welcome.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish project countermeasures for various challenges, including driving metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor overall project health and address problem areas.

  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving—able to dive into critical issues identified through project metrics and coordinate with leads or subject matter experts to achieve resolution.

  • Strong ability to assess issue criticality, prioritize from a business perspective, and present actionable options to meet project/program timelines. Capable of balancing business requests with overall objectives, including challenging business leaders when necessary.

  • Proven experience managing both in-house teams and external vendors for solution integration and subject matter expertise.

  • Skilled in simplifying complex information and processes into clear, concise points for effective decision-making.

  • Track record of working with urgency and efficiency, with the ability to digitally capture and summarize key decisions, disagreements, and next steps during on-site and remote meetings. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional ability to create, summarize, and deliver management communications—whether through presentations, key takeaways, or visual formats—for stakeholders and leadership.

  • Strong in detailed, bottoms-up planning; measuring deliverables; tracking progress and issues to resolution; and ensuring alignment and execution across internal IT, business resources, and external partners.

  • Capable of working independently to deliver objectives with minimal guidance.

  • Knowledgeable in both waterfall and agile project methodologies.

  • Willing to travel within the APAC region up to 25% or more.
