A leading company in the audio/visual industry is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales and manage customer accounts in Singapore. The role involves engaging with customer organizations at all levels, delivering presentations, assessing needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 3-5 years of experience in account management. This position offers competitive compensation along with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Develop new prospects and manage assigned customer accounts to drive sales and margin growth, with a focus on face-to-face selling and account management to meet sales revenue goals.
Engage with all levels of customer organizations, including technical (audio visual), operations, supply chain, and executive leadership.
Deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, or solutions.
Communicate with customers to identify and meet their product/service needs.
Drive margin initiatives via value-added services, marketing programs, and supplier engagement.
Prospect new customers and generate leads through referrals.
Demonstrate product functionality and benefits based on customer requirements.
Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction and manage ongoing relationships.
Use sales management tools for planning and tracking opportunities.
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Electrical and Electronics, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
At least 3 - 5 years of business development or account management experience, preferably within the audio/visual industry
Comfortable with occasional overseas work travel
