Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of building facilities at Changi Airport. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Facilities Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience, ensuring compliance and managing budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities or building management.
• Possession of Tier 2 / Tier 4 Facilities Management certificate is required.

• Plan and manage renovation and improvement projects

• Develop and control facilities budget, ensuring cost efficiency

• Manage service contracts and vendor performance

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

• Lead facilities team and supervise maintenance staff

• Coordinate space planning and office layout changes

• Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

• Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives

• Prepare reports and updates for senior management

• Develop emergency and disaster recovery plans

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field
