Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sales operations, including handling quotations, sales/purchase orders, delivery, and invoicing.

• Manage high volumes of customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective resolutions.

• Support sales efforts by following up on inbound leads and identifying new business opportunities.

• Liaise with key external contacts and internal departments (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing) to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in project coordination and tender documentation, ensuring timelines and submission requirements are met.

• Participate in regular product trainings to maintain up-to-date knowledge of offerings and vendor solutions.
