Urgent requirement for Finance Manager in kharadi

As a Finance Manager at our leading pre-school and daycare services provider, you will be based at our Pune Head Office and will oversee the Finance & Accounts function across multiple locations in Maharashtra, Telangana, and Karnataka. You will play a crucial role in ensuring financial governance, statutory compliance, and efficient financial operations for our organization.Your responsibilities will include managing company investments, addressing debt and funding requirements, liaising with banks and financial institutions, collaborating with branch heads to enforce financial policies, overseeing the accounting team for accurate financial statements, conducting monthly closing and reporting processes, preparing MIS reports for senior management, ensuring timely audits, implementing internal control systems, monitoring regulatory changes, preparing budgets and financial plans, and providing strategic financial insights for business expansion.To excel in this role, you should hold a professional qualification such as CA (Inter), MBA (Finance), CMA, along with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in multi-state business environments. Your expertise in Indian accounting standards, taxation, corporate finance, bank financing, working capital management, and debt restructuring will be instrumental. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
