Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Utilization & Support - Promote effective use of SuccessFactors across the organization. Guide and support employees in system navigation and functionality.
  • Change Management Support - Assist with change initiatives and ensure smooth communication during transitions.
  • New HRIS Projects & Initiatives - Support implementation and alignment of new HRIS-related projects with organizational goals.
  • HR & DX Team Liaison - Act as the communication bridge between local HR teams and digital transformation stakeholders.
  • Data & Template Management - Ensure accuracy in HRIS upload templates and timely submission. Troubleshoot data issues before escalation.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation - Handle HR-related system issues and resolve them efficiently. Support HR in escalated or complex issue resolution.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer - Conduct “Train-the-Trainer” sessions for HR staff on system usage. Ensure HR team is equipped for ongoing support.
  • System Releases & Enhancements - Assist in half-yearly SAP SuccessFactors release support. Coordinate enhancement requests and follow through on issue resolution.
  • SSO/IAS Login Support - Provide support for login and access-related issues.
  • HRIS Implementations - Participate in new module rollouts and provide coordination support.
  • Cross-Module Knowledge - Gain working knowledge across all HRIS modules to provide holistic support.
  • Reporting & Analytics - Generate and validate HR reports as needed for decision-making.
  • Strategic HR Partnership - Serve as a strategic advisor to management, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Recommend and implement HR process improvements and best practices.
  • HR Framework & Policy Development - Develop and maintain effective HR frameworks, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations - Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and boost employee engagement. Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and advise on improvements. Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Regional HR Support & Execution - Implement and support HR initiatives across APAC regional entities. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices throughout group companies and branches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent and minimum 3 years of HRIS hands-on experience preferably with successful Systems implementation experience & track record.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems and interface experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand HR function, processes, and strategies linked to business goals.
  • Has good knowledge of project management methodology.
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of computer operations and computer systems analysis, with the ability to solve problems related to computer system software and operations.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
