QA & QC Technician [Ups to $3000] - East / West
Job Scope:
Inspect incoming materials, in-process, and finished products for quality compliance.
Check supplier documents and ensure products meet required standards.
Perform inspections, NDT, and pressure tests to verify material and weld quality.
Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and ensure compliance with ISO/QMS standards.
Identify and resolve quality issues, support audits, and continuous improvement activities.
Job Requirements:
Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection methods, and documentation.
Understanding design, capable on testing, and quality assurance processes.
Customer QA Engineer [Ups to $5500] - North
Job Scope:
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
Lead problem-solving (8D) and prepare customer reports on quality issues.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through visits and follow-ups.
Monitor product quality and after-sales performance, providing feedback for improvement.
Coordinate drawing or specification changes with customers and internal teams.
Support quality control, ISO/IATF 16949 audits, and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
